Towels: Are not included in the price but are available for hire at £2 per person.
Good housekeeping deposit: A returnable deposit of £100 together with the balance of payment to be made four weeks prior to occupancy. This deposit will be returned in full within two weeks of the holiday ending providing no damage has occurred and the house is left as clean and tidy as it is found.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by client all monies already paid, except the good housekeeping deposit, are both non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation by owners all monies already paid are fully refundable.
Holiday Insurance: We strongly advise clients to take out Holiday Insurance.
